A stretch of the corridor behind an equestrian farm that was in the 161C canvassing program —unbeknownst to the town—until I was quietly alerted, and I went in and started asking questions why they weren't stepping in to block the sale. 
     The town ended up buying the stretch of RoW, disappointing or angering the farm owners who then put their manure pile next to the former RR RoW. 
     This is one of many glitches I've discovered in the program over the years.
